Paddle Boarding at Bear Creek Lake is here!
Enjoy a 1 hour paddle board session on the water + a 25 minute Booty Burn, followed by 25 minutes of yoga on land!
EXPECT:
*We'll have two groups. One group will be on the water while the other is on land then we'll switch:)
*One hour free flow paddling on Bear Creek Lake
*25 minute Booty Burn on land by Sean Cowart
*25 minutes of Yoga on land by Mel C
*End the morning with a Mini Coaching exercise by Sheila Anne with NOURISH
Stick around after for some cold pressed juice by VIBE FOODS , light bites by BYTE Bars , mala shopping by Mel C and meet new people! We'll be sure to snap pictures and share with you.
TIPS:
*No experience needed. Just bring a yoga mat or towel. You can wear normal clothes or a swim suit based on your preference. Details will be sent upon registration as far as entrance to the park goes.
