15 businesses and entrepreneurs take the Hayden Center stage to present their ideas. The best business pitch receives $10,000! In sponsorship and coordination with local development organizations, the Town of Hayden is presenting a business pitch competition at Hayden Center on October 1, 2021. After a careful selection process, up to fifteen applicants will be given the opportunity to present a 5-minute pitch to a panel of four officials from local government, venture capital firms, and businesses, along with up to 150-people of the Yampa Valley community. A group of six finalists will then be asked a series of follow-up questions from the judges, and the winning teams will win $10,000, $3,000, and $1,000, along with a $1,000 prize to be awarded by the audience.
