On Friday evening, September 24th starting at 6:00 pm we will be holding our third annual Memorial Walk for Hope in Recovery, "Let's Walk fo On Friday evening, September 20th starting at 6:00 pm we will be holding our third annual Memorial Walk for Hope in Recovery, "Let's Walk for One More Chance". .  At 600pm we will assemble at the Tracy Village Hall, 77 Main Street in the Village of Chatham.  After a brief kickoff, we will proceed for a short walk in the Village and end back at the Tracy.  Please join us for this event remembering those that we have lost to Substance Use Disorder, celebrating those that have found recovery and supporting those who are still struggling to find their path to recovery today.   This year we would like to honor the memory of all those we have lost to Substance Use Disorder by having a sign made for each loved one we have lost with their picture, name and age at loss. There is no charge to include your loved one, we just need the picture and information as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, September 6th. Please email a jpeg or pdf to [email protected] along with name and age at passing. Please save the date for our walk as well. We would love to see you there.   SAVE THE DATE - Friday September 20th. Columbia County Pathways To Recovery is a grassroots community organization.  We provide comprehensive resources for individuals and families impacted by the crisis of Substance Use Disorder. We offer hope, awareness, advocacy, education and pathways for those who seek support, relief and recovery.
