All Aboard! To PINfinite Possibilities Come to the Real Estate Bus Tour and experience how to find properties in style! You'll get to tour several exclusive properties available only to the PIN Network and gain valuable insight into the investment process. Get PINvolved and join us for a relaxed, gratifying experience and discover how easy real estate investing is with PIN! Each tour begins with breakfast and networking followed by some words from our strategic partners (lenders, inspectors, general contractors, etc.). We then board the tour bus and travel to a Houston submarket that PIN has identified as “hot.” We typically visit a few properties already owned by PIN members where they give their experience, go over the numbers of the deal, and answer any questions from the group. Our strategic partners assist us by going through the PIN process onsite and help us analyze the investment in real time. After visiting a few properties, we return back to our starting point where lunch is provided and we discuss the visited properties. After lunch, PIN members are given exclusive access to real estate investment opportunities while the non-members will be given an opportunity to further discuss the PIN Network. About the TicketsPIN is actively striving for a more collaborative and empowered Houston. This will be a donation-based event where all proceeds from the tour will be gifted to Young Audiences of Houston in support of their mission to educate and inspire children through the arts. As the largest arts education provider in Texas, Young Audiences’ focus is to make art an integral part of the school curriculum and to advance the field of arts in education through professional development training and community partnerships. PIN is partnering with another organization to build collaborative living spaces for individuals seeking affordable housing. Young Audiences has a unique partnership with PIN to assist in beautifying PIN’s collaborative housing project. While building these homes, PIN wishes to make them as comfortable and pleasant as possible for the individuals living in them. Young Audiences of Houston is having artists create multiple art pieces for each home and a few artists teaching classes to children and young adults who will also have their pieces hung in these collaborative homes. The proceeds from the tour will go towards the cost of art supplies, education of artists, and to the local artists using their talents to create positive living spaces.
