$20/hr FT Bottling Tech at a Brewing Facility

A great opportunity with a Redmond-based brewery! The ideal position for someone who has worked in the brewing industry for a minimum of 2 years operating a packaging line and performing basic maintenance related to packaging equipment. Experience in a CNC production environment, or experience maintaining industrial automation equipment and is willing to learn the food production side of things a huge plus. The right candidate will be expected to know how to safely operate a forklift in tight quarters and around other workers and equipment. This position will be responsible for learning all facets of our bottling and canning equipment, and coordinating with the production supervisor regarding maintenance scheduling, production scheduling, and raw material ordering. This position will report directly to the production management team. Core requirements: - Demonstrated ability to problem solve, carefully considering all variables before taking action - Ability to work independently, and communicate with team members when help is needed - Commitment to on-time completion of packaging requirements - Flexibility with job requirements to fill in other areas as needed - Attention to detail, including paperwork, work orders, and scheduling - Ability to lift 25lbs and twist and reach with load as needed to stack packaged product -Valid forklift operation certification Would like to see: - Prior experience operating or working on a food production packaging line - Prior mechanical experience - Ability to self-teach as needed to solve maintenance problems on-the-fly and with limited support - Prior experience building or maintaining parts inventory Extra consideration for: - Experience operating Wild Goose filling equipment - Experience maintaining food production equipment - Experience in food production sanitation Applications can be started on our website at www.allstarlabor.com Two forms of ID will need to be brought into our office to complete the I9 form.
