Being recorded behind your door

My neighbor Natalie Kuder has been recording me while I'm n my own house,with her cellphone and takes pictures of me doing anything,taking the garbage out,walking my dog,this happens a lot,,I Alost think she is stalking me,I don't know her,I have never seen,her she is not OK mentally,Any thoughts on this??
