Guided music production lessons on how to make music in any genre—using nothing but your computer (or smartphone). You won't just learn the concepts, you'll receive unique challenges to help you level up your skills—all inspired by your unique musical goals: whether it be to make a beat, write a song, or learn how to engineer a session: recording voice, guitar, keyboard, or any instrument. Intermediate students will dive deep into audio engineering, sound design, mixing and mastering. You don't need any previous music theory experience, gear, or expensive software—just bring a computer or smartphone. Music production can be learned by anyone, on any device. $25 an hour (summer special), first lesson free. In person lessons or virtual lessons both available. Instructor is local, working musician and producer.
