New home for Labrador

Due to changes in my life I need to find a new home for my 1 year old Labrador. He is house broken, crate trained and is good with kids and other dogs. He has not really been around cats. Would prefer him to go to a family with other dogs or with kids. I am looking for serious dog owners only so I am asking a reasonable rehoming fee. He is up to date on his shots.
