Join us and our horses for a time of meditation and mindfulness in a peaceful meadow at a nearby stable.
We invite you to the peaceful meadow of The Stable to unwind before the stress of midterms hits. You will have a time of meditation and mindfulness and leave feeling calm and focused. We will be in a pasture with horses and have the opportunity to feel their calming presence while enjoying the sunset. You will learn techniques to feel relaxed which you can use whenever stressful situations arise.
At The Stable we use a team approach that includes a licensed, credentialed Mental Health Professional, a qualified Equine Specialist, and horses working together with groups or individuals in an arena.
When inside the arena, all the work is done on the ground with the horses front and center, deliberately unhindered and never ridden; they are allowed to interact as they wish. This creates an environment where, with the support of the professional facilitators, reflection, projection, and deep connections can be made.
