Join us for a progressive relaxation technique aka body scanning to relax your physical body so that you can naturally relax your mind.
This experience is a 60 min process of releasing stress to reset your body and mind so that you can restore your natural ability to rest deeply. Utilizing techniques such as progressive relaxation, body scanning, breath awareness and meditative hypnosis. Many people experience feeling physically relaxed, quieting of the mind, release of stress followed by deep effortless sleep later that evening.
What to expect: Calm, peaceful environment, ambient ocean sounds, & deeply guided subconscious imagery. For many, it feels very similar to a guided meditation practice (just with a goal in mind: to release, reset, & restore).
What to Bring: Yoga mat and or a blanket combined with an open heart and mind

Meet your "Release, Reset, Restore" Guide:Mae Deevy, CHt stumbled into the wellness world through her own need to survive the stress of the corporate world. She tried meditation but found herself really struggling. She turned to hypnosis and had such a powerful first time experience that it shifted everything for her.
