𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝗼𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐠 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐝𝗼𝐫: A vendor that does not have a vending table at the event, but would like reach our guest. You will drop off 10-20 product samples and or business cards/flyers to be included in our swag bags that we (Event Coordinators) will hand out to event attendees free! Drop off 11:30am day of event. You can also hangout walk around, network and pass out business cards/samples. No onsite selling prohibited. Will be provided 1 chair. Nxt Big Thing Charlotte is a separate entity from all businesses/individuals participating in the event. Each separate business is liable for the things they sell. Event coordinators are not liable for any accidents/injuries that may occur. Each business should have their own business insurance for such instances. Upon purchasing your ticket, we will email you a free registration form. Please get this registration information in within 7 days of purchasing your ticket.
