Come and enjoy some Sensuous Self Care! Our sensuous time includes a self care circle, guided visualization, gentle yoga, aromatherapy, a self care roadmap, dark chocolate and lots of rest & connection!
What to Bring: A mat, water, a journal/pen, a sacred object to energize (like a crystal) and your Beautiful Self. This is a free community event for women. Donations lovingly accepted and appreciated
