Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions: • Must be able to work from a standing, sitting, and/or kneeling position. • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately. • Effective listening & communication skills. • Multi-tasking capabilities. • Must be able to utilize hand held tools such as wrenches and drill guns. • Maintain a clean and safe work area. Skill and Knowledge Qualifications: • Must possess excellent mechanical assembly skills. • Excellent hand dexterity. • Able to read and follow assembly instructions. • Able to meet reasonable production quotas. • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures. • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.
