IRL retreats seek to create connection and community amongst professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs looking to heal, grow, and be inspired. Treat and transform yourself at The Good House Hotel and Spa. Get a healing massage or facial, elevate your mindfulness through guided meditation, practice yoga, swim in a mineral water pool and hot tub, enjoy a movie under the stars, and reset your body and soul through music and dance. Drink and food tickets are included in your purchase.Weekend Day Pass: Grants access to all IRL programming (with the exception of the Inspire Exploration Hike and Inspire Imagination Movie) and all-day pool access to the Good House on Saturday, October 16th and Sunday, October 17th. *Be sure to RSVP for any of the sessions that you’d like to attend. Sessions marked as FREE are included in your retreat package. *Inspire Imagination Movie Screening is included in the VIP package (NO RSVP REQUIRED), but is an add-on purchase for Weekend Day Pass guests. *Inspire Exploration Guided Hike is an add-on purchase for ALL guests. *IRL guests MUST be over the age of 21 to attend. RETREAT SCHEDULE Friday, October 15th, 2021 We’ll open the retreat by welcoming VIP+/ VIP guests into their room. Programming for the evening includes: Inspire Intention: Participate in a mindfulness session with Creative Vibes Only to set your purpose and intention for the retreat.Inspire Imagination: Enjoy an outdoor movie screening under the stars. All attendees will receive a complimentary drink, unlimited fresh popcorn, and nostalgic concession candy. Tickets are included in the VIP package, but require an add-on purchase for Weekend Day Pass guests.IRL Night Swim: Enjoy night access to The Good House’s two geothermally heated mineral pools - both cooled from their natural 160 degree temperatures to heal the body. The program for the day includes: Inspire Intention: Participate in a morning session with Creative Vibes Only and Paige Mayes to set your purpose and elevate your mindfulness through meditation and bodywork.Inspire Fitness: Join a 45-minute HIIT class in the Good House courtyard led by our wellness instructor, Chris Pipkin. Be sure to register for your preferred time, as each session has a 15 person limit.Inspire Exploration: Participate in a guided hike at the beautiful Tahquitz Canyon led by our wellness instructor, Paige Mayes. Due to limited capacity, ALL guests must purchase this event as an add-on. Transportation to and from the Good House is included in your purchase. Rejuvenate the Soul Night Mixer: Celebrate your wellness journey with all IRL guests for an evening mixer in the Good House courtyard.
