Need help asap

Ok so I’m in need of help please my brother in law has a pit bull that can be aggressive to people when he first sees them but he gets used to them and is good he is kennel trained and house train and knows sit shake high five lay down and if you act like your shooting him he will play dead. he is dog aggressive with some dogs not all and will try to fight but not with all dogs and well my brother in law is in the streets doing drugs and dropped his dog off here at my place and isn’t taking care of him at all and the dog has to stay locked up because my dog and the other dog try to fight because the other dog has it out for mine. so I am needing to find my brother in laws dog somewhere to go because this is not fair to have him locked up someone please come get him asap he is a good dog just needs work with being friendlier
