Join us for a family swim event where 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. In September, as part of the swim school’s support of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and the McMahan family, Goldfish Swim School will be donating a portion of its proceeds from the snack shack to the cause. Stop by for a snack or refreshment before or after your lessons! The McMahan family is a member of the Goldfish Swim School Milford community. Their daughter, Caroline, swims with us weekly and has successfully overcome her battle with kidney cancer. She is a vibrant, loving, enthusiastic seven year old, and we are so thrilled that she is cancer free and enjoying her weekly lessons at Goldfish. For the second year, Goldfish Swim School in Milford is supporting the McMahan family and their Boston Marathon fundraising efforts for Dana Farber Cancer Institute. On September 26th, we will be hosting a family swim event at our facility and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Mr. McMahan’s Boston Marathon fundraising efforts for Dana Farber Cancer Institute. The family swim event will offer two sessions, 3:00 –4:00 p.m. and 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. The cost for this event will be $40 for the entire family. ***To sign-up for a specific swim time, please email [email protected] and specify 3:00-4:00 or 4:00-5:00. If you do not email to request a time, one will be provided for you depending on numbers. Times are on a first come, first served basis. To confirm your spot, Goldfish Swim School - Milford will call you to create an account in the system to provide payment and sign the swim waiver. Regular family swim rules apply. Anyone under the age of 7 must have a parent in the pool with them. Anyone that is not potty trained must wear an iPlay brand reusable swim diaper. Only US Coast Guard approved life jackets can be worn in the pool and are available to borrow.***
