The undersigned also agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Desert Ridge Marketplace and any special rules or provisions that may be required for this event. The owner of Desert Ridge Marketplace, Vestar Property Management, its agents and representatives, and The Arizona Humane Society and its representatives are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person or animal while participating in Yappy Hour. In consideration of my participation in the YAPPY Hour, I acknowledge that I am aware of the possible risks, dangers and hazards associated with my participation in YAPPY Hour, (including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to myself, my animal and/or others).
