Positions Available: • Traveling Maintenance Techs • Traveling Carpenters • Traveling Maintenance Foreman Position Details: Traveling Maintenance Techs • Availability to travel extensively throughout the U.S. on 3-4 week rotation, with 1 week off • We provide mileage and travel reimbursement, UHaul trailers, onsite housing, per diem • Must have tools and transportation • Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification preferred • All facets of apartment make-ready • We are seeking Junior and Lead Techs so all skill levels are welcome to apply! Traveling Carpenters • Availability to travel extensively throughout the U.S. on 3-4 week rotation, with 1 week off • We provide mileage and travel reimbursement, UHaul trailers, onsite housing, per diem • Must have tools and transportation • Interior and Exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing Traveling Maintenance Foreman • Availability to travel extensively throughout the U.S. on 3-4 week rotation, with 1 week off • We provide mileage and travel reimbursement, UHaul trailers, onsite housing, per diem • Must have tools and transportation • Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification required • Pool certification a plus • Certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing a plus • Previous property management experience • A hands-on supervisory approach We believe our people are our most important asset and we invest in them accordingly!
