Practice mindfulness by engaging in an impermanent mandala meditation using a variety of treasures from our gardens, such as leaves, blossoms and stones. Mandala's are typically circle in form, built outward from a center item with repeating symmetrical patterns.
Take this time for yourself to create something beautiful, with intention.
