Workshop to help create a framework and set of expectations for engaging board members in fundraising. Engagement in an organization’s fundraising is often an area where expectations of board members and executive or development staff are misaligned. The consequences of this misalignment can range widely and be quite damaging to both an organization’s internal and external fundraising efforts. In this workshop, participants will work to create a personalized framework and set of expectations for engaging board members where they can add the greatest value to their organization’s fundraising. This session is appropriate for all non-profit staff involved with their organization’s board of directors as well as any individual who serves on a non-profit board.
