Job description POSITION TITLE: LITTER ABATEMENT CREW SUPERVISOR REPONSIBLE TO: PROGRAM MANAGER JOB STATUS: FULL TIME, NON-EXEMPT PAY RATE: $22.00 PER HOUR-Sign On Bonus $250 after 3 months, $250 after 6 months, and $500 after one year. BENEFITS: · Medical: Kaiser HMO (85% premium paid by Employer for Employee) · Principal Dental (100% premium paid by Employer for Employee) · Life Insurance · 401K Plan after 3 months · Paid Time Off (PTO)-13 days accrued annually · Sick Leave: 24 hours per year · 10 Paid Holidays per year Primary Purpose: Person will be responsible for working along side training and supervising a litter abatement crew completing contract work throughout Sonoma or Solano County. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: One year supervisory experience supervising a crew. Experience working with persons with disabilities a plus. Requirements: Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must pass background criminal clearance, physical, drug screen, and TB Test. Essential Duties: Supervise and train crew members while performing litter Abatement contract work in Sonoma and Solano Counties. Transport persons to and from their jobsites via company truck. Complete all paperwork (timesheets, inspection sheets, contract completion forms, etc…) Ensure all safety protocols are being followed at all times. Ensure all maintenance is completed on all equipment and vehicle on a regular basis. Communicate with other crew supervisors on a regular basis to ensure all contact specifications are being met. Establish a professional, friendly work rapport with customers. Continuous quality improvement. Other related duties as assigned. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 per hour
