He is the strongest of all bears. Self-sufficient lives on its own strength, and heals through its knowledge of herbs and its attachment to the earth. The power that comes from the West is the development of inner strength, self-sufficiency, which allows us to face the challenges of everyday life, the difficulties of life. It is the recognition of this strength that is within all of us. It is a time to accumulate energy, to rethink the project of life, knowledge and put aside what is useless, just as trees drop their dry leaves. The west has the sense of “looking inward”, of introspection. Time to assess action learning and gain experience to make wiser decisions. To assess our true intentions and digest them like the Bear in his cave.
