Press release from the City of Long Beach: August 26, 2021 The City of Long Beach Fireworks are Friday, September 3 at dark (approximately 7:30-8:00pm). We look forward to ending official Summer and kicking off "Local Summer" with a bang. In the interest of public health, and to avoid large gatherings, there will not be a concert before or during the fireworks. The fireworks will be visible from anywhere along the boardwalk and beachfront. Head down to the beach of your choice and enjoy the show.
