Chicago Airport Transportation Fall Semester 2021 Airport Shuttle Service to and from Notre Dame / O'Hare and Midway Airports FALL 2021 SERVICE TO AND FROM CHICAGO AIRPORTS To Chicago: Royal Excursion is offering Airport Transportation Service with Departures at 7:00AM ET from the Notre Dame Bus Shelter on October 15 and November 23 & 24. All departure times will service both Midway and O'Hare Airports. 7AM ET ND Departure arrives at MDW at 8AM CT / O'HARE at 9AM CT* To Campus: Royal Excursion is offering Return Service from the Chicago Airports to ND Campus with Departures at 2:00PM CT from O'Hare and 3:00PM CT from Midway on October 24 and November 27 & 28. 2PM CT ORD Departure / 3PM CT Departure arrives at ND approximately 5PM ET. Pick Up Locations: O’Hare Airport – Airport Departure Pick Ups / Bus Shuttle Center Midway Airport – Airport Departure Pick Ups / Lower Level (through parking garage) Use Door 6* Cost is $48.00 per transfer. *Travel times may vary +/- 30 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Please allow ample travel time. Motorcoaches are not booked to full capacity to allow social distancing. Masks must be worn at all times. Passengers may bring up to two (2) bags plus carry on. Notre Dame Bus Shelter is located just south of Hammes Bookstore at Holy Cross Drive & Notre Dame Ave. Bus will depart promptly at 7AM on October 15 and November 23 & 24. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. 7AM ET ND Departure arrives at MDW at 8AM CT on October 15 and November 23 & 24. 3PM CT Midway Departure on October 24 and November 27 & 28.
