29th Christmas Through Lowell! Annual event featuring homemade, antiques or re-found treasures! It's All Relative is hosting Larkin's Other Place as a vendor location for the 29th Annual Christmas Through Lowell event! Event runs for three days. Friday: November 19, 2021- 9a - 9p Saturday: November 20, 2021 - 9a - 7p Sunday: November 21, 2021 - 11a - 5p Vendors must stay for all three days! Vendor spaces will be approximately 10 x 10. Individual space cost is: $120. If a vendor needs electricity, there will be an extra $15. There will be one power outlet per booth. Set up will be Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 5p - 8p. There will not be an early morning set up time on Friday, November 19, 2021. The rules and regulations, as dictated by the Lowell Chamber of Commerce, are: items MUST be homemade, antiques or re-found treasures - NO commercial resale items! Food Items: food items must be made in the home. Participants are responsible for contacting Kent County Health Departments about their requirements. Sales Tax: Vendor is responsible for reporting sales tax to the State of Michigan. Each CTL location is required to provide a door prize. We ask each vendor to donate one of their items for the door prize. We will make up a basket containing all donated items and will display our door prize prominently! Please bring your donation to site coordinator, Tracy Quinlan, at set up. Vendors will provide all decorations, extension cords, cables, shelving and all other equipment necessary to run the booth. The Vendor takes responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at his/her booth. The Vender attests that all his/her products meet the guidelines given by the Lowell Chamber of Commerce. The Vendor will not sublet or rent out his/her assigned space at any time. The Vendor will be responsible for any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the county or state. It's All Relative is permitted to take photographs of the booths and vendors and use these photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes. Larkin's Other Place is a dinner theatre. As such, the space is quite dark. It is suggested that Vendors bring extra lighting to showcase their items in the best "light" as possible! Spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis. We try to not have vendors that are selling the same items, but cannot guarantee one or more vendors won't have similar items.
