We are seeking highly motivated results-oriented installers for our growing business in our Seattle and Portland markets. You Are/Have: 5 years experience with gutter installation Great communication, listening skills, and coachable. Required home-improvement-specific experience. Roofing, Gutter, and sheet metal skills. Not afraid to climb ladders. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the workmanship of gutter and downspout installation on residential homes including acting foreman onsite. As a Lead Installer, you will be representing Pacific Gutter Company and its clients to ensure all jobs are completed on time with accurate documentation and forms. Some shop work and maintenance duties as assigned. Able to lift, move, and stabilize ladders properly as required to install gutter system and downspout. Knowledge of general exterior construction for installing and sometimes fabricating thin metal sheets onsite in a variety of applications to ensure roof water runoff is properly captured. Detail oriented in measuring and finish work. Able to troubleshoot and problem solve situations as they arise. Manual Skills: Physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, legs, and moving of your whole body to handle, install, position and manipulate materials. Ability to lift and/or move 25-50 pounds on a regular basis and 100 pounds occasionally. Compensation: Commission base plus hourly for non-productive labor and service work.
