Preservation Partners Management Group provides quality management services by adhering to three important principles: safe, decent, and sanitary housing, excellent resident/management relations, and implementation of tenant activities and/or social programs that will enhance the living environment of the community. Our community in Everett, WA is looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join our team! The position is full-time Monday through Friday 08:00am - 05:00pm. We are a large 202 unit community. Day to Day operations: -Resolve any and all maintenance issues -Respond to maintenance work order request in a timely manner -Turning vacant units -Work directly with residents and co-workers to insure all maintenance issues are resolved What to bring: -At least one year in apartment maintenance -Capable of performing sustained manual labor -Requires ownership of hand tools -Excellent communication skills and professional appearance -Great time management skills What we offer: -Great pay and benefits -PTO accrual -Birthday holiday -Great hours Preservation Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
