Bring your nicest and unwanted pieces of clothing to swap and then go shopping for new ones for FREE. Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly Q: How does it work? A: At each event, people like you bring clothes they no longer wear, we sort the clothes into the categories we have labeled, and take whatever they want. At the end of the event, we bag up what remains and deliver them to nonprofits in the area. Q: Do I have to bring anything in order to take clothing? A: Yes. We encourage you if you have some clothes at home you don't wear, bring them that day! Q: What are your pandemic precautions? A: We require masks to swap until further notice. No exceptions at this time, even if one is vaccinated. Thank you for your understanding. Q: Is there a limit to how many people can swap at a time? A: We will be allowing everyone to swap at once. Q: Can I donate clothes ahead of time? A: Not at this time. You must bring them to the event, at least a half hour before its scheduled end. Q: What do you accept? A: You may bring clothing items for all people of all ages. We do NOT accept footwear, accessories, or undergarments. (This means no shoes, socks, underwear, bras, swimwear, purses, bags, jewelry...) Clothing must also be CLEAN and in decent condition. We reserve the right to turn away items that are not appropriate for the swap. Q: Why don't you take footwear, accessories, or undergarments? I have some really nice stuff that I bet people at the swap will want. A: When the swap is over, our small band of volunteers has to take away everything that's left over. We choose to keep it simple and compact to facilitate that process. Q: How are you funded? A: At this point, we have minimal costs due to the pop-up nature of this volunteer-powered project. Q: How do I find out about the next swap? A: Follow us on Instagram or request to be added to our email list. We also have a vendor email list if you're interested to participate. Q: Do you have rain locations for the swaps? A: Yes We do Q: Is everything really free? A: Yes. Clothing is one resource our community has in abundance.
