Press release from Fairfax County Public Schools: August 26, 2021 At the August 26, 2021, regular meeting, the School Board approved the ESSER III spending plan for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER III) funding(link is external).  The School Board voted to approve revenue and expenditure adjustments to the FY21 budget, to include a one-time bonus for FCPS employees. The School Board approved a resolution renaming the Chef Rockeymore-Murray Cafe at Mount Vernon High School in honor of Chef Rockeymore-Murray.
