CLINTON, CT - A Clinton resident is much richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On August 24, Teresa Shea, of Clinton, purchased a KENO ticket from the Town and Country Market and Deli in Clinton and won a lottery prize.
