Rehoming adorable 10 month male cat.

Sadly, my roommate is moving in with 3 pets into our small place and I don’t want to stress my 10 month old kitten out with an amazing temperament. I’d rather see him go to a solid home where he may even have the opportunity to get outside every once and awhile in a fenced yard. He has truly been a treat, I’ve had him since 6 weeks old, bottle fed and developed a sincere attachment to this little ball of fur. He is loving, enjoys cuddles, likes to be upside down (he’s a loveable weirdo) and gets along well with ALL people and pets. He’s litter trained, will come with an enclosed litter box, good food, toys, and his favorite scratching posts ($300 value). I’m only asking a $50 rehoming fee for this little nugget to ensure he goes to a solid home. He’s got a neuter appt coming up on the 10th of September at Open Door Vet Clinic as well, if you’d like to keep it as they are difficult to come by and I’ve already paid the $40 deposit.
