Press release from the City of Austin: August 25, 2021 Case: 21-2291297 Time: 9:08 p.m. Date: August 17, 2021 Location: 11000 Block of Jollyville Rd. Deceased: White male, 20 years of age At approximately 9:08 p.m., a 2012 Blue Hyundai was in the 11000 block of Jollyville Rd. A 2019 Black Honda CRV crossed into oncoming traffic and struck the Hyundai head on. The driver of the Hyundai was pronounced deceased at the scene. At the request of the family, we are not releasing the name of the deceased at this time.
