Basement Contractor Needs Subs

I'm a marketing guru and my basement company is getting a good amount of calls. My current subs are not enough and I need more. I need the following: - Framers - Plumbers - HVAC - Drywall Hangers - Mud, and Texture - Trim - Tile - Carpet - Electrican - Custom Cabinets I'm only seeking professionals to work with. If you email me I need the following from you: 1. What is your trade 2. How many people are in your team 3. How you charge (be as detailed as you can). Per fixture, per sheet, per SF etc 4. Do you carry insurance 5. Are you licensed? if so, where? If you don't answer the above 5 questions, I will not reply to your email.
