OSWEGO, IL — School officials are preparing to destroy Oswego High School and Oswego East High School Class of 2015 students' temporary records, the district announced Friday. Parents or former students have until Oct. 15 to pick up their files from their school if interested. Records not claimed will be destroyed, officials said. To set up an appointment, former Oswego High students can call Registrar Nicole Rifkin at 630-636-2030, and former Oswego East students can call Registrar Maria Rodriguez at 630-636-2234. If parents are picking up, officials said they need written permission from their students. (For more news and information like this, subscribe to the Oswego Patch for free.
