Rotary Club Plans 'The Forge Ahead With Rotary' Event

LEMONT, IL — The Lemont-Homer Glen Rotary Club will host 'The Forge Ahead with Rotary' event at The Forge: Lemont Quarries on Sept. 10. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Friends of the Forge, which is dedicated to the restoration and beautification of the Heritage Quarries Recreation area, the club said. It is $65 per person, which includes two drinks and dinner, according to the club. It is $120 per couple (with four drinks and a dinner for two) or $25 per child (13 and under). The event is from 5 to 9 p.m., with cocktails at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7 pm.
