Press release from the McHenry County Government: 08/26/2021 2:08 PM PRESS RELEASE August 26, 2021 DAVID L. KHOLLMAN SENTENCED TO TWELVE YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR THE OFFENSE OF RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:  Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State's Attorney, announced that David L. Khollman, 50, of Crystal Lake, Illinois, was sentenced on August 25, 2021 to twelve years in the Illinois Department of Corrections by Honorable Judge Wilbrandt after pleading guilty to Residential Burglary. On October 8, 2020, Khollman broke into the victim's home and stole items from the victim. The McHenry County Sheriff's Office were able to track Defendant's scent from the victim's residence to his home where Khollman admitted to entering through a second story window.  This case was investigated by members of the McHenry County Sheriff's Department. This case was prosecuted by Sharyl Eisenstein of the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office. ##### This press release was produced by the McHenry County Government.
