Must have skills/knowledge for painting, drywall repair, lock changes, minor plumbing and general maintenance repairs. Applicant must have some tools and be ready to work. This position offers advancement for the right applicant. The applicant must have reliable transportation and valid drivers licence. No criminal background and drug free work environment. Company vehicle is available after 60 days of successful employment. Flexible hours available for the right applicant. Pay depending on experience.
