NORTHFIELD, MN — Both of Northfield's institutions of higher education – St. Olaf College and Carlton College – have a number of staff positions open ahead of the 2021-22 academic year. Some of the jobs are full-time, while others are part-time with fluctuating weekly hours depending on the time of year. The positions are subject to a background check.
