From the City of Birmingham: August 26, 2021 NFL FLAG and the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District have teamed up for a weekend-long festival celebrating flag football and the athletes of Alabama! The weekend will feature a clinic for P.E. teachers, a jamboree for local athletes to prepare for their fall NFL FLAG season, and a tournament where teams from all over the state will come to compete! NFL FLAG In-Schools Day Friday, August 27, 2021 – 2pm – 5pm NFL FLAG staff will host a clinic at Legion Field to help P.E. teachers understand the sport, and learn the best ways to implement into their class NFL FLAG/HABD Jamboree Saturday, August 28, 2021 – 9am – 12pm Kids ages 6-14 are invited to come join NFL FLAG at Legion Field to experience the game of flag football!
