These formulas contain necessary knowledge for the survival of our planet; And, I'm having a difficult time finding anyone to speak with about these matters. NASA, every prime minister of every nation, major and minor observatories, as well as some professors from gov ran labs in colleges all can take a while in getting around to reviewing research when not accredited to someone who is trained in such fields. The wait time to even have a request, (when submitted under general public messages), is many months to a few years.
