Looking to get quotes for work required to update one of my apartments in Auburn. I will have a detailed list of tasks on Monday and will be meeting with people to walk through the project. Work can be started on Tuesday. The goal is to have QUALITY work completed within a few weeks so the property can be re-rented. This is NOT a huge remodel, but rather a refresh of the unit. Looking for EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS to work on the following tasks: Install Click Lock Vinyl Flooring Replace Toilet Replace Vanity, Sink and Faucet Possible Bathtub Surround or Resurfacing Replace Cabinet Hardware Install New Door Knobs and Hinges Replace Exterior Door Possible Drywall Repair Possible Trim Work Possible Countertop Replacement Light Electrical - Replace Light Switches, Outlets or Light Fixtures As Needed Light Plumbing Work - Replace a Faucet, Sink Drain Piping, Washing Machine Hookup or Shower Head.
