STOLEN: Custom Titanium Road Bike - $100 Reward

I had my custom titanium frame road bike stolen the night of August 26th from a downtown bike rack locked right across the street from of Luna Red. See pictures for reference (when it was stolen, it had the front tire on, obviously). It had decals on the frame that will probably be removed, but otherwise there aren't any major identifying markings, other than perhaps a small badge on the front of the headset (see the last picture). The bike has a lot of sentimental value, and I don't care if you stole it, I just want it back. I'll pay $100, no questions asked for its return.
