JOB SUMMARY The Marina Dock Hand is responsible for assisting with all marina and chandlery services offered, quality control, and cash handling procedures; maintains a clean and safe dock area, assists boaters with fueling/pump out, and secures guests’ boats. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills. This is a seasonal position with up to 40 hours per week. Must be available to work weekends. SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE • Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred. • Strong customer service abilities PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to lift 25-50lbs • Ability to stand for the entire work day. • Climbing steps and ramps regularly.
