Landscape/Restoration Crewmember

We are an environmental habitat restoration company looking for field crew members with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, ready to learn, and looking to grow with the company: Ideal applicants will have experience: - Working with general landscape hand tools (e.g. shovels, picks, rakes, post-hole diggers, pruners/loppers,axes,etc.) - Operating and maintaining motorized landscape tools/equipment (e.g. line trimmers, trenchers, jackhammers, etc). -Tamarisk and other non-native removal. - Plant identification skills a plus. - Able to lift 30+ lbs. regularly and sustainably throughout work day. - Able to lift 60+lbs. occasionally. Applicants MUST have: - Prior experience working outdoors. - Reliable transportation to jobsites. - Ability to follow instructions and interested in learning new skills. - Work well with supervisors and other team members. Compensation will be based on level of experience.
