2 cats and large cat tree

2 1/2yr old male flame point Siamese cat and a 2 1/2yr old female trey striped tabby cat Both fixed and have rabies vaccine. Vet papers included. Also have a large cat tree. Asking $200 for both cats and tree or if separate asking $75 for male Siamese, $25 for female tabby and $100 for tree. Both are good with kids and dogs. Not sure how they would adapt to other cats. Very loveable and can include enclosed litter box and scoop, and what cat food i have left as well if needed if u take all.
