ISO cocktatiels/ suggestions for parakeets to stop attacking cockatie

Hey, I currently have 14 cockatiels, and roughly almost 30 parakeets. The parakeets are being super mean to my tiels they are biting them pulling on the wings there has been a point to where one was hanging because of a parakeet. I usually have 5 more parakeets than cockatiels due to them not getting overwhelmed but now they are being mean to my cockatiels. I don’t want to sell any of my birds since I believe they have a great home, and I also don’t want them to be caged. If you are experienced with birds please let me know what I can do to make them stop attacking my cockatiels. And if anyone has any cockatiels for sale let me know I’m not looking for any specific genders or age. I also have cockatiels that’s can’t fly and I don’t know how to make the parakeets stop attacking them please any suggestions or ideas will help me!
