SHIFTS Football Games are all on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Fridays are guaranteed, Wednesdays and Thursdays are based off of schedule. LOCATIONS Sunnyslope High School - 35th Ave and Dunlap Liberty High School - 91st Ave and Deer Valley Centennial High School - 79th Ave and Thunderbird JOB DESCRIPTION - Operate a concession stand either kettle corn or hot dog cart. - Assist customers with purchases in a friendly and efficient manner. - Maintain your workspace by assuring it is always clean and organized (since we are working with food). - Maintain the outside appearance by wiping down any spills, cleaning any garbage in the area, and maintaining the signs. - Possibly set-up and close down mobile food stands. Assist with unloading and loading equipment. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS - No Prior Experience Needed. We will train you on EVERYTHING - Ability to work as late as 11 pm. - Self-starter - This often a fast-paced and busy job, but it can be a slow pace job, depending on the event. - Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length at a time and have the ability to bend and lift up to 25 pounds frequently, occasionally 50 pounds. - Reliable transportation is a must. - Be able to work in a hot environment as several stands are not air-conditioned or cold environments as stands are not heated. Great second job, job for students, teens, part-time work or stay-at-home parents.
