We are looking for hard-working Production Workers to assist in the packaging process. The Production Worker's responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, working the production line as instructed, cutting endive from the roots, finalizing and packaging products for shipment, monitoring the assembly line by removing faulty products, and performing other tasks as assigned. To be successful as a Production Worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy and should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. Production Worker Requirements: Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial. Able to work as part of a team. Good communication skills. Available for shift work.
