Closets by Design will be adding additional staff to both our production and finishing areas. Our ideal candidates are motivated, hardworking individuals who are ready to learn and excel at new tasks. This is a great position for someone who wants long term employment with benefits and the ability to grow. Job Responsibilities You will be trained to produce quality custom cabinet components. Learn company product lines, machinery, assembly and finishing standards. Follow established quality and safety standards. Personal Requirements Attitude and hustle are incredibly valuable in this setting. Experience with woodworking equipment, large machines or hand tools a plus, but not required. Ability to understand simple math, including fractions and read a tape measure. Quality minded and Reliable. This is an immediate opportunity for the right individuals.
