So had to random test a employee. They have never fails a test before. There where some discrepancies that can't be explained. The testing company is in my belief trying to cover up a mistake on there end. I just need like 3 or 4 questions answered to clear this whole thing up in my mind. She deserves to keep her job, However I need to be able to intelligently explain to my insurance company the specifics of what happened. Thank you.
